All Around Inside Out LLC Curbing

Yes, thats right, we warranty our curBing for 2 years!

Before we arrive,

Please check and clearly mark ALL of your sprinkler heads on your property and then turn off the system. We recommend keeping them for 3 days after completion of the installation.

Please pick up after your pets before we arrive and keep them inside while we are working. Extra charges may apply if we have to work in hazardous conditions.

Please have your lawn mowed prior to us arriving to do your project. Think grass makes it harder to move the needed materials around your property.

Refrain from spraying any pesticides or lawn fertilizers on your property just before we are expected to start your projects. It may be necessary to contact your service providers and ask them to hold off until after the expected installation time.

Be sure to mark all telephone wires, cables or any other buried item within the work areas.

All Around Inside/Out LLC is not liable for any damage by our crew and equipment to any buried items or to any sprinkler heads. Please have them all marked so that we can avoid them completely.

After your Landscape Curbing has been installed it is best to leave it alone for 5 days. Do not do any work near the new curbing for that time. Do not spray or mist your new curbing with water. Such actions can discolor your new curbing and will not be covered by the warranty.

If color is added to your project, we measure precisely for a consistent color throughout your project. However, the actual finished color may vary due to a number of uncontrollable factors.

Curbing with color will always have a Cure N Seal applied to it when we it is completed. During the curing process it is normal for colored curbing to look "splotchy" and could last for up to 8 weeks or more depending on weather. This is the normal process and should even out after the curing process has completed. Once the cure and seal does its job you may decide you want to darken the curbing and give it that wet look. Applying a fresh coat of Concrete Sealer will do this. Applying a coat of Concrete sealer will also help with longevity of your new curbing. You may call us back and hire us do this for you or you could apply this yourself. Feel free to contact me for any questions on this.

Some fertilizers or lawn chemicals can stain the curbing as they would any other concrete products and care should be taken when spraying such chemicals or fertilizers and not to let these materials sit on the curb surface for any duration of time.

Concrete can and will crack. We experience very little cracking in our curbing due to the many steps we take in prevention however should you find any cracks completely threw the curbing outside of any of the control joints please contact me right away. If these cracks should enlarge more than 1/16" within the first two years I will come back to make the repairs free of charge, provided they were not created by negligence acts of others, a result of tree root systems, or settlement of ground beneath the curbing / sink hole activity. Or heaving of any connecting concrete.

We take every effort to keep and leave each job site clean and neat. It is however impossible to get all the small concrete fragments up after the installation process. Any of these small fragments left after we finish with our clean-up will eventually get pushed into the ground below the sod level.

We have been installing Landscape Curbing since 2005 and have installed more than 500,000 lf of curbing! We have excellent costumer reviews and satisfied costumers all over the area!

We strive for the highest quality on each and every job and we are looking forward to making you our next satisfied costumer!
